An installation for MS Windows is available for free and the zipped setup file is a 45Mb download which requires some configuration during installation such as root password, and various configuration settings such max. connections, character set to use, and then once installs, it has a footprint of ~109Mb – MUCH bigger and more complex than BlackfishSQL but it does not need .NET or java to be installed.
